Senderos Canyon
Senderos Canyon, also known as Hoag Canyon (pronounced "Hog"), is a 263-acre undeveloped, pristine canyon surrounded by the communities of Bel Air, Bel Air Crest, and Bel Air Casiano, and the 405 freeway.
Senderos is an unparalleled example of natural beauty in the Santa Monica Mountains.
The property consists of canyons, rolling oak-woodlands, annual grasslands, rugged rock outcroppings, secluded valleys, and a perennial stream. This property is also home to hundreds of plant and animal species.

Preservation
We have a rare opportunity to purchase Senderos Canyon from a private property owner and save one of the last remaining undeveloped parcels in the eastern Santa Monica Mountains.
Following the sale, the property would be owned and managed by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA), a public resource agency specializing in natural resource protection.
Senderos Canyon would be preserved in perpetuity for future generations.
